JOB DETAIL

We are hiring an experienced Help Desk Engineer to provide support and installation services for a variety of end-user clients. This is a fast-paced working environment with challenging technical issues that need the attention of a customer service oriented systems engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to integrate and support a wide range of technologies with small and medium-sized business clients.

Skills/ Requirements

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience installing and supporting computer networks and working with end-users
  • Troubleshooting skills are an absolute requirement
  • Server, infrastructure, software, and systems troubleshooting experience needed
  • Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 & 2008, Exchange 2013 & 2010 and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of firewalls, routers, cloud backup, remote access a plus
  • Microsoft Certifications a plus
